Lviv Handmade Chocolate is one of the most famous companies in Ukraine, which has been producing handmade chocolate for over 13 years. We give smiles and create comfort in more than 50 coffee shops throughout Ukraine and 4 in Azerbaijan. We also have experience in conducting
business in Poland and Czech Republic. The mission of Lviv Handmade Chocolate is "to create delicious handmade chocolate products,
giving happiness"
Over the years of activity, chocolate from Lviv saw the light of day thanks to a large number of its connoisseurs. Packages with the chocolate candies, chocolate bars and other goodies constantly delight Ukrainians, guests from our big and small cities, foreign friends and relatives and can be also seen as the usual presents during an official delegations visits.
LCH production is located in the western part of Ukraine, in the city of Lviv. This location is convenient and economically beneficial due to transport connections to the European countries. Since its foundation, Lviv Handmade Chocolate has been famous for its hand-made technology, which is constantly expanding and evolving. Based on the best European samples, LCH creates its own modern traditions of quality and taste. Each chocolate product has its own little story - from the idea to the enthusiastic reviews of our guests.
Our product assortment includes nearly 700 SKUs. The assortment categories are individual candies, sets of candies, dragees, chocolate bars and figurines, chocolate paste and salted caramel. On average, in 2022, our production capacity for the manufacture of chocolate products was around 190 tons or 416,000 pieces. The pre-war sales figures were significantly higher.
The main principles of manufacturing chocolate goodies remain unchanged. First, it is production of chocolate from the raw materials of the highest quality from Europe and Ukraine, and use of natural ingredients only, without any artificial additives.
Second, only the best specialists and professionals are involved in the process – no automated
machines.
Third, and final one, is the production of chocolate products strictly according to ISO 22000 standards. We would like to emphasize that the production of LHC products is certified according to ISO 2022:2018 standards - a document that confirms the compliance of the management systems and thequality of the company products with domestic and international standards. Also, by the end of 2023, we plan to receive FSSC 22000 - a certification scheme for food safety
management systems, which is aimed at organizing the work of food manufacturers.
An equally important aspect is the successful experience in the production of Private Label for the network of Lithuanian company, Novus, in Ukraine – the production of individual recipes of candies, chocolate bars and figurines for the network. Cooperation in the B2B segment is also important to us. Before the russian invasion, the LHC brand has been closely cooperating with Metinvest Holding LLC in in 2021-2022, where we have
successfully fulfilled orders for the needs of more than 40 large companies, in particular, for Azovstal and other metallurgical enterprises. One of the projects involved a rapid production of about 35,000 branded sets, each consisting of 25 candies, the production and delivery of which was carried out
within 3 weeks from the date of placing the order.
Today, we are looking for additional opportunities for cooperation with foreign companies outside of Ukraine. To achieve these goals, we are in the process of registering a legal entity in Warsaw, Poland, where we already have partners to provide us with warehouse logistics and customs clearance of our products. At the beginning of 2023, they had a successful experience of exporting chocolate products under the LHC brand for a Belgian company called Ravico SA, which in turn sold them to Japan, making the final buyer a Japanese company. Residents of Japan were satisfied with the quality, taste, and appearance of Ukrainian sweets. As a result, we received many positive reviews of our products.
Also, on the list of countries to which our products were exported, are Qatar, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Azerbaijan. The LHC company is part of the Ukrainian food manufacturers alliance, the goal of which is to enter the shelves of US supermarkets through the joint efforts of Ukrainian manufacturers and USAID support. We also try to participate as a team in various exhibitions of food products to present the brand.
One of these events was this year participation in the Winter Fancy Food exhibition in Las Vegas.

The idea of creating and manufacturing exclusive handmade candies originated in the family of Natalia and Volodymyr Dubovy.
From the very beginning and until now, Nataliya Dubova approves the chocolate assortment and is the ideological inspiration of the brand. From the first steps, great attention is paid to the quality and raw materials selection for product manufacturing.
The phenomenon of the company is that we have not yet switched to the industrial lines, yet we are increasing our production capacity from year to year.
