Chamber filter presses FKMs with polypropylene plates
Application: Filtration of juices of the 1st and 2nd carbonation.
Filtering surface area from 50 to 500 m2
Plate sizes: 1000x1000mm, 1200x1200mm, 1500x1500mm, 1500x2000mm.
Top or side suspension of the plates.
The manufacturing material is agreed with the customer.

Filter thickeners MVJ 60, of cartridge and leaf type
with a filtering surface area of 60 m2
They are designed for thickening the suspension of juices of the 1st and 2nd carbonation, thick juice polishing, and filtration of melt raw sugar

Filter thickeners of cartridgef type MVJ 100 (125, 150)
with a filtering surface area of 100m2, 125m2, 150m2
They are used for filtration of the first and the second carbonated juice and carbonated melts of raw sugar.

Cartridge-type Filters SH1- PFF40 and SH1-PFF80
with a filtering surface area of 40m2, 80m2
These filters are designed for filtration of thick juice and remelts, and for thick juice polishing in beet-sugar and refinery industry.
Equipment for pulp drying
Drum diameter: 2.8m, 3m.
Drum length: 10m, 14m, 16m, 20m.
Manufacturing material at the request of the customer.

The equipment for pulp drying consists of the following parts:
- drying drum;
- furnace;
- loading device;
- auger for discharging dry pulp;
- chimney and pipeline sections;
- cyclones with storage hoppers;
- blowing and exhaust fans.

Drying units for granulated sugar
Standard drums (diameter and length): 2.8x9m, 2.8x12m, 3x12m, or according to customer’s dimensions.

The unit consists of the following parts:
- drying drum;
- heater;
- cyclones;
- blowing and exhaust fans.
