Building insulation "Konsulate" is a non-woven material made on the basis of hemp fibers by the method of thermobonding.
Insulation "Konsulate" is a rolled heat and sound insulation material, contains 80% fibers hemp. At the request of the customer, we can produce material with different geometric dimensions and insulation composition and different density.
The main advantages of building insulation "Konsulate": low thermal conductivity (0.0214 W/(m·K), high sound absorption (sound absorption coefficient: 125Hz — 0.1; 250Hz — 0.24; 500Hz — 0.53; 1000Hz — 0, 74; 2000Hz — 0.86) with a density of 550 g/m2, environmental friendliness and safety (does not emit harmful substances during installation and subsequent use), hypoallergenic, mold and insects do not grow. And the main difference of "Konsulate" from analogues such as such as, for example, mineral wool, it is the ability to regulate humidity in the room, due to the natural property of retaining and releasing moisture without changing its characteristics as a heater.
"Konsulate" insulation can be used in the production of sandwich panels, frame houses, as a substrate for laminate, parquet board (in pressed form), in the repair and reconstruction of residential and industrial buildings and structures - roofs, attics, walls, external and internal partitions.
Transportation of "Konsulate" insulation and other products based on it takes place in vacuum packaging, which significantly reduces logistics costs and simplifies its unloading.
