The limited liability company "BRW-Ukraine" was founded in May 2002 by the joint-stock company "BLACK-RED-WHITE" (city of Bilgoray) and LLC "Gerbor-Holdig" (city of Volodymyr).
In an extremely short period of time, on the outskirts of the mining town of Novovolynsk, on the site of a half-built (unfinished construction) factory of wall ceramic materials, state-of-the-art buildings of new production grew, and already in September 2003, the production of finished products began.
"BRW-Ukraine" was created to implement the investment project "Creation of a furniture manufacturing factory" in the territory of priority development (the city of Novovolynsk), for which investments were attracted, including foreign ones. The business idea of the investment project is to create a manufacturing enterprise and implementation of cabinet furniture.

The enterprise is equipped with modern equipment from leading manufacturers in Germany and Italy (ALTENDORF, HOMAG, BÜRKLE, HOLTZMA, WEEKE), which ensures high precision and quality in the processing of parts, and therefore allows the production of high-quality products.
The factory employs 450 workers.
Production capacity consists of:
Shop number one is 17,000 square meters;
Shop number two is 2,553 square meters
Shop number three is 3,655 square meters.
In 2020, the company was rebranded and became known as "VOLYN FURNITURE COMPANY"(VFC-Ukraine).
